How can I schedule an appointment?
How early should I arrive for my appointment time?

To schedule an appointment clients are required to book online by clicking
on the Schedule Appointment Online button above. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will need to reschedule.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?
Please plan to book appointments a week in advance due to the demand, space is limited. Same day availability may be possible depending on cancelations.

Do your services include a wash?
Yes, La Co’coa offers a complimentary shampoo and daily conditioner with our styling services.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
To prepare for your appointment please remove all styles and detangle hair from root to tip before your scheduled service. If our stylist has to remove any styles you will incur an additional charge to your service. This may also result in the need to reschedule your appointment.

How much are your consultations?
Consultations are complimentary and booked over the phone Tuesday-Thursday only. There are NO FRIDAY or SATURDAY consultations due to the high volume of clients being serviced on those days.

How should I prepare for my consultation? What does a consultation include?
To prepare for your consultation hair should be left in its natural state. By washing, detangling, and keeping hair product free until your scheduled appointment. Consultations are a 5-10 min coversation with our stylist to determine your needs, desired results, length of time for service and pricing. Product recommendations will not be made during the consultation.

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Due to limited seating and liability concerns, please do not bring guest with you to your appointment(s). Also, to ensure the safety of yourself and others, children are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced. Please keep all belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for any missing items.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my service?
At the La Co'coa salon, it is our goal to provide our clients with exceptional service. Therefore, if a client is not satisfied with the service we ask that you let the salon owner know during the service.We do not issue refunds for any services rendered.  We will redo your style or offer an alternative solution at the owner's discretion.

How can I cancel my appointment?
To cancel your appointment please log into our appointment system, 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations by email will not be accepted. Last minute cancellations will accrue a fee of $20.00. This is due before scheduling your next appointment. Late cancellations will be considered a "NO SHOW". A " NO SHOW" is someone who misses an appointment without canceling within 24 hours. "No Shows" represents a loss to the salon and individuals who need access to our services.
